Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school diploma
- at least three years of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to stretch, bend, twist, and lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work full time

Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or substitute products as needed
- regulate oven, grill, and rotisserie temperatures
- defrost frozen foods properly in refrigerators
- ensure portions, distribution, and food garnish are appropriate
- keep food records
- control quality and quantity of prepared food
- communicate assistance needs during busy periods
- report food surpluses for daily specials
- inform Food and Beverage staff of rejected products and special dishes
- ensure quality of food products
- prepare and cook food following recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists
- prepare cold dishes
- assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, guidance, discipline, motivation, and coaching
- serve as a role model
- comply with all safety and company policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional and clean appearance
- protect proprietary information and company assets
- anticipate guest service needs and address them
- communicate clearly and professionally
- foster positive workplace relationships and teamwork
