Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain DOT medical card and CDL learner's permit
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver moderate to heavy loads up to 160 lb kegs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior CDL experience required as paid training is provided
- Ability to pass DOT physical and obtainDOT medical card
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Physical ability to lift and maneuver loads up to 160 pounds repeatedly
Job Duties
- Assist and learn by riding along with experienced drivers
- Participate in CDL training program including theory, maneuvers, and safe driving practices
- Deliver products by handling physical loading and unloading including moving kegs and cases
- Use technology-enhanced routes for efficient delivery
- Grow into Route Driver role managing own delivery route
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Crown Distributors
- Maintain safety and customer service standards
