Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination
- Obtain DOT medical card and CDL learner's permit for training
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver loads up to 160 pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic reliability and a positive attitude
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year post-licensure agreement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior CDL required as training is provided
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and follow safety protocols
- Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Assist and learn by riding along with experienced drivers assisting with navigation unloading products and customer service
- Participate in company-sponsored CDL training including theory maneuvers and safe driving techniques
- Deliver products by handling physical loads including kegs and cases in various weather conditions using technology for route efficiency
- Manage your own route as a licensed driver promoting Crown Distributors brands within Central and Northeastern Kansas
- Maintain safety and adhere to company policies and procedures throughout all duties
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure successful deliveries
- Demonstrate professional behavior representing Crown Distributors positively
