Job Description

Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT) is a reputable regional trucking company committed to delivering excellence in freight transportation across the United States. Known for its dedication to safety, reliability, and driver satisfaction, MVT provides a unique and supportive work environment for professional truck drivers. With a focus on regional lanes, MVT ensures its drivers have optimized routes and schedules that offer a balance between work and home life. The company takes pride in fostering a homestyle culture that values family, career growth, and the personal success of each team member. MVT's partnership with Penske guarantees nationwide maintenance support, enabling its fleet to maintain a high standard of operational efficiency and equipment durability. This robust infrastructure is designed to minimize downtime and keep drivers on schedule, reinforcing the company's commitment to excellence and driver satisfaction.

The role of Regional CDL-A Truck Driver at MVT is specially tailored for drivers who are passionate about being on the road, who understand the critical importance of safety and timely deliveries, and who enjoy working with a company that values and rewards their dedication. The position is full-time and offers competitive weekly earnings ranging between $1,250 and $1,600, along with a comprehensive benefits package. MVT’s regional lanes primarily handle 100 percent dry van loads with no touch freight, meaning drivers do not have to physically handle the freight, which increases safety and reduces physical strain. Drivers benefit from engineered and optimized running lanes designed to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary wait times. This role is suited for experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least six months of recent driving experience, who reside within 100 miles of the hiring areas.

MVT offers remarkable incentives such as a quarterly new car giveaway, monthly fuel incentive bonuses, and a grand prize of $25,000 for the driver with the best yearly miles per gallon (MPG). Additional benefits include a $1,000 referral bonus, weekly direct deposit payments for timely and reliable income tracking, flexible home time arrangements to support work-life balance, and a pet and rider-friendly policy allowing drivers to bring along companions on the road. The company ensures 24/7 roadside assistance and replacement truck availability through Penske to keep drivers moving without interruption. A user-friendly driver’s app simplifies log keeping and paperwork submissions, enhancing driver convenience and regulatory compliance. MVT’s focus on safety, driver support, and operational excellence creates a distinctive career opportunity for dedicated CDL-A drivers seeking stability, competitive pay, and a supportive employer.
