Job Requirements

- prior experience or training in food and beverage service
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- good communication skills

- willingness to obtain food handler certification
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- basic knowledge of espresso and coffee drink preparation
- availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every customer
- discover customers needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
- prepare beverage and food of the highest quality by following standards of service for the Grab and Go
- operate cash register and handle money
- clean and maintain the appearance of all merchandise and customer areas
- respond to customer inquiries and requests
- learn and demonstrate creating the Spokane Tribe Casino experience
