Job Requirements
- Previous experience in QSR cashiering or customer service
- Very strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Drive-thru experience preferred

- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS
- Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments
- Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments
- Operate with the absolute highest sense of integrity and honesty
