Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, contests, and other brand specific KPIs
- Utilize selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in company training programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming
- Manage multiple customers and projects effectively
- Print merchandise tags timely
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
- Ensure consistent control of merchandise and daily cash wrap management
- Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone communication
