Strong attention to detail
Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, contests, and other brand specific KPIs
Utilize selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in company training programs
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming
Manage multiple customers and projects effectively
Print merchandise tags timely
Communicate customer merchandise needs to Store Management
Ensure consistent control of merchandise and daily cash wrap management
Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and telephone communication
