Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
  • standing and walking 100% of time
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
  • ability to follow attendance policies and uniform dress code
  • willingness to maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to company cleanliness standards

  • strong guest satisfaction and hospitality skills
  • good communication skills for interacting with guests and management
  • knowledge of point of sale systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • utilize tools provided to stay organized and communicate menu and daily specials to management
  • bus tables and help maintain cleanliness
  • restock and organize areas surrounding checkout counters
  • handle all POS transactions including cash, meal plan, swipe, and Cater Trax orders ethically and according to company policies
  • accurately make change, maintain proper cash counts and reconcile cash drawer after every meal
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
