Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo (up to 50 lbs or more)
- valid driver's license, must be maintained throughout employment in this role
- strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews
- flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- fluently read, write, and speak the English language

Job Duties
- Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure
- load and unload cargo on and off aircraft
- safely drive and operate ground support equipment including belt loaders, tugs, carts to pick up and deliver cargo between the terminal, warehouse and aircraft
- sort and load cargo
- perform ground service functions such as connecting or removing ground power and ground start units and water service
- perform aircraft push back, wing walking and related guide man functions
- maintain a secure work environment
