Job Duties
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly purchase orders
- Facilitate approval and ensure accuracy of deliveries in coordination with receivers and buyers
- Authorize payments by reviewing invoices and documentation
- Maintain proper inventory levels aligned with inventory goals
- Monitor supplier performance including on-time delivery, quality, and specifications
- Input delivery reports (CCP) and register goods in Navision
- Monitor CCP1 quality and correct receivers as needed
- Follow up on open purchase orders and clear void purchase orders in ERP
- Conduct monthly inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with specifications and food safety
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Participate in creating policies and procedures
- Update inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
- Process requisitions and update management on order status
- Assess quality of incoming stock and escalate discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
