Job Duties

  • Buss tables by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table
  • wipes and cleans the table, chairs and floor areas according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing SOP
  • brings full bussing bins (up to 50 pounds) to the dish pit and sorts the contents according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • pre-buss tables by clearing finished dishes
  • takes out the trash after each shift and whenever necessary during shifts
  • labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
  • attends monthly staff meetings and Busser meetings
