Job Duties

Buss tables by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table
wipes and cleans the table, chairs and floor areas according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing SOP
brings full bussing bins (up to 50 pounds) to the dish pit and sorts the contents according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
pre-buss tables by clearing finished dishes
takes out the trash after each shift and whenever necessary during shifts
labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
attends monthly staff meetings and Busser meetings
