Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in the hospitality or food service industry
- passion for food and beverage operations
- ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly during guest turnover
- assist servers in delivering food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness of dining room, including floors and seating areas
- ensure all dining areas meet health and safety standards
- respond efficiently to guest requests and needs
- assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service periods
- collaborate with management to support smooth service flow
