Job Requirements
- minimum availability of 15 hours per week
- availability for flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- current Food Handlers Certification if required by local regulations
- ability to follow Dutch Bros appearance and conduct guidelines
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and perform tasks under varying temperature conditions

- have reliable transportation
- possess current Food Handlers Certifications if applicable by state and local laws
- be able to work flexible and ever-changing schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- availability to work at any shop within the Operator's territory as needed
Job Duties
- create drinks according to Dutch Bros standards
- provide excellent customer service by engaging and welcoming customers
- educate customers about menu options and specials
- maintain punctuality and follow appearance guidelines
- keep the shop clean and maintain a positive atmosphere
- attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- support teammates and demonstrate core values of speed, quality, and service
