Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with a warm attitude and maintain professional chef appearance
- Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality's standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff fostering teamwork and high performance
- Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs with accuracy
- Design and create banquet menus and food presentations that impress guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Coordinate with event planners and staff to deliver exceptional banquet service
