The role of Bottle Service Waitress is essential in delivering an unparalleled guest experience. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food and beverage service
knowledge of POS systems
ability to serve and handle alcoholic beverages responsibly
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical stamina to stand and move during shifts

Job Duties

Recommending and selling beverages and bottles to guests
serving drinks and occasionally food to guests
entering all orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system (toast)
accepting money and making change when needed
assisting the bartender with stocking, inventory, and general cleaning
ensuring compliance with all State and local alcohol ordinances and the implementation of these ordinances
performing cleaning side work as assigned
completing all service paperwork as required
supporting waiters and kitchen staff in other duties as required
performing other work-related duties as assigned
