Job Requirements
- Must be able to work early morning and PM shifts as required by manager
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency
- Must be approved for airport badge through TSA
- Must be willing to work complete scheduled shifts
- Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people
- Must possess great customer service skills
- Hair must be covered at all times
- Must comply with uniform, appearance, and operational standards defined in the Associate Handbook
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with a Bojangles franchise or other fast food restaurant preferred
- Excellent team player with ability to work with multiple people
- Friendly, engaging, and possessing superb customer service skills
- Willingness to train for all positions and provide 110 percent customer service
- Ability to operate POS system
- Basic math skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greeting guests with cheerful and helpful attitude
- Listening attentively to guests and offering suggestions
- Properly take orders and operate the POS system
- Operating with a sense of urgency
- Prepping ingredients, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to all required safety and sanitation protocols, hair must be covered at all times
- Compliance with FDY, Inc.s uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook
