Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in auto body repair or refinishing preferred
- Ability to use bodyshop tools and equipment safely
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in auto body repair or refinishing preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle body repair materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and work orders

Job Duties
- Performing approved body repairs and refinishing services according to SOPs
- Prepping and refinishing panels using proper materials and application techniques
- Ensuring all repairs meet finish quality and durability standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, including tools and supplies
- Following PPE requirements and safety protocols throughout repair work
- Documenting repair progress, completion status, and materials used
- Flagging unclear or incomplete work orders before beginning repairs
- Reporting damaged tools, missing supplies, or equipment issues
- Self-inspecting completed work before marking the vehicle as complete
