Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferably in a supervisory role
- No more than two to three job changes in the last five years showing steady career progression
- Operations-driven and hands-on approach
- Able to maintain composure and lead effectively under pressure
- Must have a positive, open-minded, and proactive attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages the hourly, back of house staff and assists in the day-to-day operations of all areas of the kitchen, including production, prep, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- Trains all line cooks to create menu items following established recipes ensuring consistency of presentation and flavor
- Leads the kitchen with a positive and proactive mindset to handle obstacles and solve potential issues
- Maintains, motivates, and inspires a cohesive team while working calmly under pressure
- Oversees kitchen operations ensuring standards of quality and hygiene are met
- Collaborates with management to optimize kitchen workflow and inventory
- Implements and enforces safety and sanitation protocols
