Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintenance of dough production equipment and cleaning dough area
- Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
- Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers are accurate
- Store, unpack, and retrieve food items in appropriate storage areas
- Monitor and report malfunctioning of equipment
- Prepare food products according to safety policies
- Demonstrate correct use of food service equipment and utensils
- Wipe spills on counters and floors to prevent falls
- Maintain sanitary work area by cleaning food service equipment and utensils
- Sweep, mop floors, and remove trash
