Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintenance of dough production equipment and cleaning dough area
  • Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
  • Prepare food accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure the temperature of ovens, coolers, and freezers are accurate
  • Store, unpack, and retrieve food items in appropriate storage areas
  • Monitor and report malfunctioning of equipment
  • Prepare food products according to safety policies
  • Demonstrate correct use of food service equipment and utensils
  • Wipe spills on counters and floors to prevent falls
  • Maintain sanitary work area by cleaning food service equipment and utensils
  • Sweep, mop floors, and remove trash
