Job Duties

  • Stocks shelves and refills displays
  • loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
  • conditions shelves and products
  • learns and applies product knowledge with an eye for detail
  • keeps department clean and well-organized including back room and shelves
  • complies with standard operating procedures and leader direction
  • ensures compliance with federal, state, and company food safety and sanitation standards
  • works efficiently as part of a team and maintains productivity standards
  • takes constructive feedback and applies learning
  • may coach or train other stockers
  • operates with a team mindset and builds relationships across departments
  • models customer service and hospitality
  • assists customers in locating products and answering questions
