Job Duties
- Stocks shelves and refills displays
- loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
- conditions shelves and products
- learns and applies product knowledge with an eye for detail
- keeps department clean and well-organized including back room and shelves
- complies with standard operating procedures and leader direction
- ensures compliance with federal, state, and company food safety and sanitation standards
- works efficiently as part of a team and maintains productivity standards
- takes constructive feedback and applies learning
- may coach or train other stockers
- operates with a team mindset and builds relationships across departments
- models customer service and hospitality
- assists customers in locating products and answering questions
