Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years bartending experience
- Prior bartending experience with knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication and cooperative skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with members and guests professionally and courteously
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to kneel, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and pull up to 40 pounds
- Comply with all club policies, grooming, and appearance standards
- Attend pre-meal meetings as required
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Must have complete product knowledge and be prepared to offer suggestions to enhance guest’s experience
- Perform assigned side work
- Stock bar with liquor, beer, wine, champagne, mixers, ice, fruits and vegetables
- Set up bar with proper glassware and needed tools
- Maintain bar inventory throughout shift
- Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Take members/guests orders and make suggestions as needed
- Assemble and serve drinks
- Verify bill accuracy and handle all account charges from guests and members prescribed by standard operating procedures
- Keep tables and bar clean and tidy
- Clear empty glasses as needed
- Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Perform all clean up and closing duties as assigned by manager
- Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by dining room supervisor
- Offer assistance in the dining room with cocktail orders, wine-opening, clearing, resetting tables during idle time
- Maintain commitment to member satisfaction
- Learn members' names to recognize them
- Exhibit professional and courteous behavior
- Comply with all club rules, regulations and policies
- Adhere to club’s code of ethics and conduct
- Be aware of safety rules and regulations for staff and members
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
