Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- a warm, professional demeanor that aligns with the company culture
- willingness to learn and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for mixology and beverage preparation
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- customer service orientation
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic knowledge of bar equipment and inventory management
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages including innovative cocktails
- manage and maintain bar inventory
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide exceptional guest service and engage with customers
- report to the Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager
- uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- comply with all safety and health regulations
