Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using the prescribed glassware and garnishes
  • take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
