Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using the prescribed glassware and garnishes
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
- ensure the customer is well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
