Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- Answer any questions guests may have and provide excellent customer service
- Call guests by name and thank them for their order
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Stay calm during high volume periods to ensure smooth store operation
- Operate a cash register and handle payments while following customer service and cash handling policies
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance company culture and follow safety and security policies
