Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume food and beverage environments
- at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- experience preparing banquet style events
- knowledge of state liquor laws or a state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to bar operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute events including beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
- assist with bartending when needed
- estimate beverage consumption and make appropriate purchases from the specified bar program
- schedule staff efficiently for shifts based on business volume
- recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled bar staff
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- manage bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
