Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 2 years banquet service experience
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in banquet environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold or obtain a TABC card
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Thorough understanding of banquet industry standards and fine dining food service
- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and applicable laws
- Accuracy in cash handling and POS operation
- Exemplary food and beverage service skills

- Commitment to exemplary customer service
- Ability to perform all essential functions of banquet server and bartender
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Ability to read and implement ASM standards and policies
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with coworkers and supervisors
- Conduct pre-shift and menu meetings providing clear instructions
- Direct banquet servers and bartenders to ensure service consistency with ASM Standards
- Oversee weekly and monthly side work tasks and daily setup by service staff
- Control and track inventory of beverages including check-in and check-out to servers
- Manage setup, operation, and closing of Points of Sale including POS updates and cash handling
- Train new and existing servers and bartenders maintaining LCC Standards
- Attend meetings with catering, kitchen, and event staff
- Complete detailed event reports
- Serve as a contact point for guest complaints and resolve issues within authority
