Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand
- ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen work areas
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- sweep and mop floors, and remove trash regularly
- assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
