Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time hours and follow scheduled shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
- Good communication skills for assisting customers
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work standing for long periods
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
Job Qualifications
- Must have worked six months or more at most recent employer
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset or restore vehicle settings, verify registrations and check for customer items
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any warning lights or damage, remove vehicles from processing as necessary
- Maintain clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains and odors
- Assist customers and may transport them to and from branches
- Help maintain overall site cleanliness including interior and exterior of branch locations
- Maintain site appearance including desktops, countertops, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, and sweeping the lot
- Perform windshield rock chip repairs and other miscellaneous duties
- Seek continuous improvement through self-assessment, training, and skill development
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
