Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six consecutive months of relevant work or organizational experience

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
  • Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset/restore vehicle settings, check for customer items and place valuables in Lost & Found, verify registration
  • Check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure and tread depth, inspect vehicle exterior for damage
  • Fuel and stage vehicle
  • Inspect vehicle for safety concerns, report any warning lights or damages, and pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
  • Assist customers when needed, including transportation to and from branches
  • Help maintain overall site appearance through general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors including desktops, bathrooms, floors, and parking lot
