Wurzak Hotel Group as part of the Dalmar & Element Hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale is looking for an energetic and professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead their restaurant operations within exceptional outlets such as Sparrow Rooftop and Terrace Grill. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for smooth and efficient daily operation of restaurant outlets within the Dalmar & Element Hotel through effective supervision and staff development, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to established brand standards. This is a working, “hands-on” position with varying hours depending on business needs.
