Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and food preparation standards
  • Assist General Manager with operations and policy adherence
  • Support Front of House employee training and development
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships
  • Oversee payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • Promote business growth and brand integrity
