Job Requirements

  • OR Associate's degree and three years of related work experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience
  • OR Master's degree and one year of work experience
  • Related experience in athletics, fan engagement, marketing, promotions, public relations or event management

  • Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
  • Master's degree with one year of related work experience
  • Experience in athletics, fan engagement, marketing, promotions, public relations or event management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of NCAA regulations for event compliance

Job Duties

  • Develop game day scripts for video board, music, and public address announcements for selected sports and implement these live at home sporting events
  • Coordinate game day efforts with campus and internal groups including video, marketing staff, technical services, band, cheerleaders, and outside groups attending or performing
  • Ensure plans are developed for the successful execution of all events including set-up and breakdown
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, Conference, and university rules and regulations
  • Develop fan engagement strategies for assigned sports in conjunction with Wolf Pack Sports Properties to assist with marketing and sales of game day packages
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to promote and market Intercollegiate Athletics
  • Manage part-time and intern team members effectively
