Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Experience with computerized POS system
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for sewing and pressing garments
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
- Compliance with dress code policy

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in person
- Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service
- Meet all service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, and Be There
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously
- Communicate the importance of alterations in partnership with the alterations team
- Promote alterations services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness and organizational readiness
- Follow quality control and inspect garments before delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Support inventory management and cash wrap processes
- Seek assistance from management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized alterations room
- Perform tasks assigned by store management
