Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow established recipes and instructions accurately
  • Adaptability to varied shift schedules and work demands

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items accurately for various meal periods
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
  • Operate a grill station and provide a la carte service when required
  • Support management with daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work punctually and maintain regular attendance
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
