Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, construction management, technology, building trades or related field
  • Four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or professional experience in construction, remodeling, and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment
  • Three years of supervisory or lead work experience
  • Texas Class C driver's license or equivalent from another state
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to prepare and review bid specifications
  • Capability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, Building Trades or related field
  • Minimum four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or related professional experience
  • Minimum three years of supervisory or lead work experience
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, develop and provide direction of airport and airfield maintenance operations and systems
  • Develop and implement facilities maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs
  • Oversee airport janitorial staff and procedures
  • Monitor and assist with safety regulatory measures and compliance issues
  • Review and evaluate service delivery methods and processes
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily work of assigned personnel
  • Perform related duties as required including emergency response and contract compliance
