Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, construction management, technology, building trades or related field
- Four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or professional experience in construction, remodeling, and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment
- Three years of supervisory or lead work experience
- Texas Class C driver's license or equivalent from another state
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to prepare and review bid specifications
- Capability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, Building Trades or related field
- Minimum four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or related professional experience
- Minimum three years of supervisory or lead work experience
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License or equivalent
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, develop and provide direction of airport and airfield maintenance operations and systems
- Develop and implement facilities maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee airport janitorial staff and procedures
- Monitor and assist with safety regulatory measures and compliance issues
- Review and evaluate service delivery methods and processes
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of assigned personnel
- Perform related duties as required including emergency response and contract compliance
