Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or Technology, Building Trades or a related field
- Four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or professional experience in construction, remodeling, and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment
- Three years of supervisory or lead work experience
- Valid Texas Class 'C' Driver's License or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Compliance with FAA and environmental safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or Technology, Building Trades or a related field
- Four years of experience in facilities maintenance management or professional experience in the construction, remodeling, and maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment
- Three years of supervisory or lead work experience
- Valid Texas Class 'C' Driver's License or equivalent from another state
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and airport safety standards
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and bid specifications
- Proficiency in budget preparation and monitoring
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, develop and provide direction of airport and airfield maintenance operations and systems
- Direct and provide guidance to subordinate supervisors and contract personnel in airport maintenance operations
- Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs and contractual improvements
- Coordinate response of assigned personnel to weather, aircraft, or other emergencies
- Develop and implement facilities maintenance systems and programs
- Oversee airport janitorial staff and procedures
- Monitor and assist with safety regulatory measures and compliance issues
- Review and evaluate service delivery methods and processes
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of assigned personnel
- Perform related duties as required
