Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
  • must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection with valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
  • English proficient
  • able to multitask and carry out duties in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
  • rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas
  • navigate various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • professionally interact with high-profile passengers
  • partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure safe and secure travel
  • assist in maintaining airport safety and security protocols
  • support smooth passenger flow and operational efficiency
