Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 to 6 years related experience in logistics or air export
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties
- Receive, review, and process documentation for shipments
- Process documents through established systems ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist in developing new client accounts including reviewing documentation and maintaining communication
- Obtain government agency releases and arrange delivery and invoicing
- Process customs and other agency releases and ensure accurate invoicing
- Identify and expedite transactions requiring special handling
- Review all entries, invoices and client packages prior to distribution
- Investigate shipment problems and advise supervisors
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned
