Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a fingerprint-based background check required by CLT Airport
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting 60+ lbs, bending, standing for extended periods
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic are mandatory
- Valid state ID, driver’s license, or other photo ID
- Must present one additional government-issued document such as U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, or U.S. Permanent Resident Card
- Must be able to stand and walk 94% of the time
- Capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and handling as required by job duties
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs and carry it over 10 feet
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting 60+ lbs, bending, and standing for long periods
- Effective communication skills in English or Spanish
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, terminals, and high-traffic areas
- Sweep, mop, sanitize, and operate industrial cleaning equipment safely
- Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris
- Clean glass, windows, and other surfaces to airport standards
- Safely handle cleaning agents and wear required protective gear
- Monitor and report supply levels and maintenance issues
- Follow all airport safety and security procedures at all times
