Job Requirements
- Minimum two years commercial kitchen experience
- minimum three professional references with application

- available for minimum 6-day 70-hour work weeks
- live on-site in rural camp setting
- able to work under pressure in varied temperature environments

- ServSafe Allergens certification before start
- able to identify Big 9 allergens

Job Duties
- Control inventory
- assist in assembling orders to be placed

- understand food safety related to special diet food preparation and cooking for individuals with allergies or sensitivities
- interact with campers, staff, and parents
- recognize and maintain health department sanitation standards
- manage staff
- handle client relations
- follow comprehensive WOLFoods camp food training program
- attend in-service training and staff meetings
- use weights and measures to execute recipes properly
- prepare all menu items and special request events
- follow standardized recipes
- ensure production timing, quantity, quality, and plating
- supervise personnel
- engage in planning, scheduling, directing, and training
- understand cross-utilization importance
- estimate production needs and maintain inventory
- understand special diet ingredient lead times
- recommend equipment purchases
- act as front of house supervisor when needed
- safely produce special diet and allergen food
