Established in January 2024 by Simon Kim, founder of the Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse, Coqodaq aims to redefine the traditional fried chicken experience. A standout item is the "Bucket List," a three-course prix-fixe feast priced at $38. Guests are welcomed by a chic handwashing station made from green soapstone, setting the tone for the opulent dining environment.
